In May 1989 Sensei Ken Williams opened our dojo in Alness.

Sensei Williams was at the time Koichi Tohei’s representative in the UK and this video is very rare in that it is one of the only ones to show him teaching.

In November 1990 the Ki No Kenkyukai opened their world Headquarters near Utsonomia, Japan. The occasion coincided with the 20th anniversary of the KNK, the resignation of Koichi Tohei Sensei as Chief Instructor and the appointment of Koretoshi Maruyama Sensei as Chief instructor.
